IT Support Engineer As a growing and progressive IT Consulting Company, we are interested in energetic, people-oriented IT support Engineers. Candidates must be US citizens or permanent residents. Must have ability to communicate effectively, work independently, follow directions both written and verbal. Duties include: Providing user support for operating systems and software, answering user inquiries regarding computer hardware/software. Be able to resolve problems, perform installations and repairs, maintain daily records of all activities/transactions. Minimum 2-year degree in Computer Science or related field. Must be proficient at configuring and troubleshooting PC systems for standalone and server based user applications. Knowledge of network operating systems such as Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows 2000 and Linux a must. Requirements: Possess A+ and Network+ certifications or be certifiable within six months.
